Thank you supporting our Charity, the Children's Adventure Farm Trust, with the generous donation your recently made. Funds are still coming in but it looks as if we will be able to present our chosen charity with a sum sufficient to purchase the set of equipment on their 'wish-list' which has been our objective and will be directly available to the visiting children.

The Adventure Farm is in virtually continuous use and in 2012 provided 4 weeks of Christmas Parties and also week long holidays to over 40 groups of children, including some from the Seashell Trust, Walthew House, the Together Trust and many other from the North-West who are terminally ill, or have all sorts of disabilities and disadvantages. We expect that the equipment they will now be able to obtain will give increased enjoyment to those less fortunate than ourselves over the coming years.

I have known Tom for 18 months now, since I joined Wilmslow BNI.

In my entire career I do not think I have encountered someone who is so selfless in his actions and in sharing his great network with others.

I have tried to get Tom referrals with mixed success! (although, I have granted him the easy referrals of buying all of my printer cartridges from him)

However what Tom has done for my profile in the local area is clear to see from the increasing web traffic I get each month and the tweets and emails I have received from people who have read my articles in the SK magazines, a connection that Tom made for me. Tom has also directly referred me clients leading to a large amount of business.

My key point in all of this is that whilst what Tom had done for my business is so far in excess of what I have done for his, he still continues to try and find me referrals and supports my business and exercises great generosity in situations where he really had no need to, without expecting anything in return. A particular example of generosity springs to mind was a drop in the ocean for Tom's business, but it is the little things you do not forget.

This is true embodiment of the “Givers Gain” principle and I can assure you on day I will ensure you do gain, whether you want to or not, I will make sure of it!

I have used Ink & Toner World to supply all my printer requirements for over 5 years.

They have always replaced the cartridges immediately and I always have a spare in stock. This ensures I am never without a printer

They have also helped me when the printer has broken down and repaired it quickly so that there had been no interruption to my business

The staff are all helpful, knowledgeable and professional and I would not go anywhere else

I also have my printer paper supplied by then and again it is simply a phone call and immediate delivery.

Thank you so much for your help yet again. I do understand that your task is to supply cartridges and not to assist elderly sufferers with their failings. Andy has always been very helpful, patient and understanding and I know he is hectically busy and fits in as much as he can in a day.

I am sorry I was so fraught about the timing of deliveries but I was having a number of appointments and struggling to fit these in, together with other commitments. If I gave offence I am sorry and do want you to know how much I appreciate your service.

I also had important documents to get out and the heroic Steven's visit on a Sunday sorted the problem for me.
